Bunzl Vending is a leading provider of vending services in the UK. Bunzl was operating a traditional depot-collect model with centralised storage of spare parts. Bunzl was committed to establishing a sector-leading supply chain to reduce stock holding and minimise engineer drive-time.

Bunzl worked with ByBox to integrate Bunzl's entire field service supply chain. Direct-from-supplier collections, warranty optimisation and an engineer drop-box solution that delivered an average drive distance of 3.8 miles.

Net result: significant increase in jobs per engineer per day, dramatic reduction in stock holding and a measurable increase in warranty claims.
