How do I get in touch with your customer support team?

How do I login to the ByBox admin system?
Simply click here or the customer login button at the top of the page.
How do I track my parcel?
The easiest way to track a parcel is through Thinventory Mobile. Any deliveries you have on the way will automatically appear in the “latest deliveries” section. If you can’t find the parcel you are looking for, contact customer support.
I’ve forgotten my password, can you reset it?
Resetting your password is easy, simply click “Can’t sign in” on the ByBox login page here. Or you can also ask our customer support team to do it for you.
I’m interested in using ByBox, but I want a list of your locker locations to see if they would work for me. Where can I find this?
We can’t reveal our locker locations online, but we are happy to help find the best locker locations for you or your engineers. Please fill in the contact form here and one of our team will get in contact.
How do I find my locker?
On the Thinventory Mobile app select “My Delivery Location”.
I would like to move my usual delivery location into a new smart locker. How can I do that?
We understand, sometimes the first location isn’t the most convenient for you. Simply contact our customer support and we will help you find somewhere more suitable.
What should I do if I’ve lost my key for a lock box?
Contact our customer support team and we’ll get a new key sent out to you. We’ll also usually change the lock to make sure your locker is secure.
My Locker is damaged. What should I do?
We have a dedicated maintenance team who look after keeping our lockers in top condition. If something isn’t right contact our customer support team and we’ll send someone out to fix it.
I need to order more return labels; how do I do that?
The best way is through your Thinventory Mobile App. Simply open the app and select “order return labels”. We usually send these within the next 24 to 48 hours.
