The Position

To ensure the efficient and smooth control of the DC operation at the weekend to provide high-quality of service to both internal and external customers. Taking responsibly for health and safety, investigating and resolving local operational discrepancies, and ensuring that freight integrity is maintained are essential parts of the role.

Must endeavor to achieve delivery, collection and line haul SLA’s and be dynamic in the resolution of meeting these, ensuring daily departmental targets are met. To sustain a good working relationship with all business partners, contractors and suppliers. Ensure all required reports are completed within the given time frames and keep up to date with all procedures, operational and company developments. Must be flexible and adaptable regarding working hours and be willing support of other resources, providing a detailed operational handover on completion of shift.

Ensure local housekeeping and safe keeping and integrity of the customers freight is maintained to the highest standard at all times, maintaining the highest standards of security at the premises, attending out of hours when necessary.

 

 

The Person

A minimum of two years supervisory experience within a distribution environment with a demonstratable ability to meet demanding KPI targets.

Must be familiar with IT (Microsoft Office) and have a basic understanding of Human Resources processes specifically; absence management, conduct management and performance management.

Have an excellent customer facing attitude and be positive with a “can do” attitude.

A full UK Driving Licence and FLT Licence is desirable.

The Position

To ensure all vehicles are loaded and unloaded in accordance with operating and health & safety procedures and depart within specified time frames to achieve all Service Level Agreements. Effective use of equipment in the warehouse in accordance with relevant competencies and completion of all reports within specified time frames and to highest standards of accuracy and presentation. The Position

This position covers two different roles. When working as Weekend Supervisor, you will ensure routes are completed within the SLA, along with making sure KPI’s are hit. When working as a Warehouse Operative, you will ensure all items are sorted in line with company policy and procedures.

The main responsibilities are to ensure that all items are sorted in line with company policy and procedures including dispatch and packing and that vehicles are loaded and unloaded in accordance with operating and health and safety procedures. Ensure all routes are completed within SLA and that any issues of concern which may affect the smooth running of the shift / Warehouse are reported. Effective use of all equipment in the Warehouse in accordance with relevant competencies.

Complete all reports within specified time frames and to highest standards of accuracy and presentation, ensuring KPI’s are met for all customers.

Keep up to date with all procedures, operational and Company developments and ensure in line with ISO standards and comply with all Company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety.

Maintain the highest security standards in the warehouse and that the premises are kept clean and safe at all times.

The Person

The Position

As FSL Customer Support Advisor – out of hours you will interact with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about deliveries and services. You will provide the highest standards of service support and an enjoyable customer experience for our customers so ensuring ByBox service is the best in the market.

Required to deal with all telephone calls and emails in a courteous and friendly manner, complete call logs and record details of actions taken, perform customer verifications and security checks and complete all administrative work on time and to the required standard. You will process orders, taking strategic decisions on stock selections and location to fulfil customer requirements, monitor jobs on the road to meet correct ETA’s whilst managing customers’ expectations. You will organise recovery processes / techniques to recover failures affecting all customers.

You will identify trends, taking appropriate action and recommending improvements to procedure and customer service with a requirement to mentor new staff members once fully trained. You will take ownership of all queries and deal with them correctly and see them through to resolution. Effective communication and coordination with internal departments and FSL’s is crucial.

The Position

To provide support to ByBox IT Infrastructure systems, Azure Cloud platform, internal and external network infrastructure, software, processes, architecture, design and implementation of new technology solutions. To suggest and then drive the implementation of changes to optimise overall system performance. To support the DBA, Development, IT, Application Support and Test Teams make better use of the main and back-up data centres and ByBox network and infrastructure.

This position will provide technical support to keep the main and back-up data centre locations working at full capacity, whilst ensuring all replication and back-up systems are functioning correctly and appropriately, monitoring the data centres, ByBox networks and infrastructure to check for signs of issue or outage. Improving automated monitoring and resolution. Designing, deploying and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure using version controlled IaaC templates. Providing general IT-related support to the Project Team, normally for customer implementations and new projects, but this may also include system configuration to support existing customer change requests.

Documenting configurations and system changes to improve ByBox documentation and implementing and improving the automation process, scripting existing configurations and changes to systems, automating new server deployment to minimise manual tasks.

Leading and mentoring the effort to resolve any issues or outages with relevant members of the ByBox IT and Operations teams and any relevant third party suppliers and responding to business escalations in a timely, logical and responsible manner.

To be an active member of the Change Approval Board and Emergency Change Approval Board.

 

The Person

A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, at least one Microsoft or Cisco qualification and knowledge of the following:

  • Required: Windows Server (Active directory, IIS, NLB, MSMQ, Clustering), Networking (Cisco Switch Stacks, Firewalls, VLANs, MPLS/VPLS, VPNs), Azure, Virtualisation, PowerShell, Linux, Monitoring, Automation, Storage Area Networks, Infrastructure as code.

We have two offices one is in Pleasanton, CA San Francisco Bay Area and another one in Plano, TX, Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, visiting one of the offices once a week, work from the either office or flex your time.
