ByBox completes the acquisition of Pelipod

ByBox, a global field inventory management company based in the UK, today announces that it
has acquired Pelipod Ltd, a provider of secure collection points for field service engineers in the
UK from British Telecommunications plc.
This acquisition follows a period of steady growth for ByBox, which has seen continued demand as
businesses strive to reduce delivery costs, increase field engineer productivity and optimise
inventory levels. Both ByBox and Pelipod have a strong track record in delivering tangible
commercial improvements for customers combined with a focus on service delivery and a
commitment to field service innovation.

Initially announced in November 2022, the acquisition has been subject to a regulatory review
which was concluded in May 2023. The completion of the acquisition will allow customers of the
combined companies to access a comprehensive network of secure collection points across the
UK and enable Pelipod’s customers to harness the ByBox technology platform and innovative
developments in field inventory management solutions.
